Ric Brazzale BComm, MBA - Director
Ric Brazzale is the Director of Green Energy Trading and has more than 25 years experience in the energy sector. Over the last 10 years, Ric was the Executive Director of the Business Council for Sustainable Energy, BCSE, (now the Clean Energy Council) and in this role he was the leading advocate of sustainable energy. During this time Ric was actively involved in the development and implementation of a broad range of solar energy and energy efficiency policies and programs, including the government’s initial REC advisory committee. Prior to joining the BCSE Ric worked in a number of business development and finance roles with West Coast Energy, Fletcher Challenge Energy, John Holland and Woodside Petroleum.
Jenna Polson BSc - Policy and Research Analyst
Jenna joined the GEM team in 2009, and quickly developed an interest in climate change policy. Researching policy and project developments, she is responsible for producing related components of GEM’s monthly publication, The REC Report. Jenna also performs the data analysis for The Weekly Greenhouse Gas Indicator and writes related reports for The Climate Group. Jenna continues to manage projects for major industry organisations, under affiliated Green Energy Trading. An active member of the Energy Efficiency Certificate Creators Group, she is the principle analyst of energy efficiency policy within GEM.
Anthony Williams B Comm CPA - Manager Environmental Markets
Anthony recently joined the Green Energy group after working as a consultant to Green Energy Trading in 2009, applying his compliance and process improvement background to GET’s certificate registration processes. In his current role he manages the market analysis team and trades in RECs and other carbon abatement certificates. He has worked in the energy sector for ten years nine of which were spent with BP working in Indirect Tax.
